For Subscription Services:
  • All mentees must be 21 years or older.
  • All mentees must be medically qualified as a surgeon, doctor, dentist or nurse or a student nurse with an active license or proof of admission in an accredited nursing program.
  • All mentees must complete our application form in full to apply to be a mentee.
  • Payment is required in full to secure your subscription.
  • Payments can be made via all major debit and credit cards.
  • In order to provide the best possible service to all our mentees, we ask that you are on time for all video correspondence and in-clinic training.
  • All correspondence must be arranged independently between you (the mentee) and your mentor.
  • Video content sent by mentees must be filmed in real time and clearly demonstrate injection technique to be assessed.
  • All in person training will take place at the mentor’s clinic.
  • When attending in person training all mentees must bring their own model as well as their own injectable products and equipment or can purchase products through mentor. This will not under any circumstances be provided by the mentor.
  • A minimum of 6-months commitment is highly recommended (Shorter time frames maybe discussed).
Cancellations & Refunds
  • All subscription payments must be made in full each month before any training can take place.
  • It is the responsibility of both the mentee and the mentor to arrange training appointments at a time that suits both parties.
  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule a phone call, Zoom meeting or training session you must do so with at least 48hrs notice and notify your mentor directly to rearrange.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds on any service package purchased.
