Booking Requirements

• A non-Refundable Deposit will be due at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be applied towards the service. 

• Due to the current pandemic, all clients are required to wash their hands upon entering, do temp checks, and wear face mask unless told to remove them. 

• Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 min late, your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled. If the provider is able to take you a $50 late fee will be applied.

• If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms please reschedule your appointment: cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Cancellation Policy

• If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to still provide service to you, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

• Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24-hours. If 24-hour notice is not given you will be charged a $50 late reschedule fee and the deposit still will go towards the rescheduled appointment. However, if your appointment is cancelled and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit. 

• If you have purchased a package of services and a 24-hour notice is not given for cancellation/reschedule, a $50 fee will be applied on the next visit. However, if you do a NO-CALL, NO-SHOW, you will forfeit that session of that package, no exceptions!

• If you no call/no show to your appointment there is a $75 fee that will be charged and your deposit forfeited and full payment will be required for future appointments following 3 No call/No Show!
