IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: COVID- 19

In light of recent events surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic, SkyRose RCS would like to take the time to reassure you that all necessary safety and sanitation precautions have been taken and will continue to be enforced until further notice.  

 

A few tips to keep in mind to keep us all safe moving forward:

1. Wash and/or sanitize your hands after any physical contact with a metal surface or soiled 

    surface.
2. Coughing and/or sneezing your temperature will be taken before proceeding with any services.
3. If you are sick please be kind and reschedule your appointment.

Order fulfillment and shipping

All orders are printed on demand. The estimated time-frame for fulfillment of the order is 7-10 business days. Several convenient options are available for shipping with varying time-frames. During times of high demands or situations outside the control of SkyRose RCS fulfillment time can increase to 10-14 business days.

Return AND exchange policy

All sales are final. Returns are only acceptable for misprinted/damaged/defective items. All returns will require a return authorization prior to the order being shipped back to the warehouse. All returns must be submitted within 7 days after your shipment has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
